Custom Manifolds

For complex material distribution problems, look to the experienced Eagle Components design team for the correct solution to meet your specific requirements. That solution may include a custom designed material distribution manifold. Eagle offers two basic types: the Quick Change manifold, two  examples of  which are shown below and at left, and the In-Line manifold, shown in the drawing at the bottom of the page.
The Quick Change Manifold is a distribution station with camlock type connectors. Constructed of aluminum or stainless steel mounted on a mild steel frame, this manifold offers convenience and versatility in material management. The In-Line Manifold connects using compression couplers into a conveying line. Custom designs are available in both aluminum and stainless steel.
