Gaylord Covers

 Gaylord Filter Covers improve the quality of molded parts by preventing contamination of in process material. They provide easy access and the ability to make quick visual level checks. Filter Covers reduce mess and housekeeping labor associated with transferring of material from central loaders and grinders.
Our negative pressure filter covers fit 34" x 42" Gaylords. The cover features two access ports sized to accept a 2" to 2.5" diameter vacuum wand. The ports are located in opposite corners of the cover so that
operators can reposition the vacuum wand as material shifts in the gaylord. The ports include an elastic band for a tight seal and a zipper to close one or both openings when not in use. An elastic band around the skirt holds the cover in place.
The single port (positive Pressure) cover has a center port and a belt with a buckle to more securely hold the cover in place around the skirt. The port size is specified by the customer within a range of 2" to 20" diameter. This cover is designed to reduce the mess associated with pneumatic loading of material into Gaylord's. Specify diameter of port when ordering
