Magnets
Grate magnets, at left & right, deliver ferrous metal separation in bins, hoppers, and circular enclosures. They are available in round, square, and rectangular configurations with round tubes, and in square and rectangular configurations with square tubes. There are three choices of magnet tube materials for both drawer and grate magnets: Ceramic for standard applications, Alnico for high heat situations, and Rare Earth Neodymium for “fine particle” separation.

Eagle Drawer-in-Housing magnets, pictured at right, are tailored to meet a wide variety of industrial tramp metal applications. Each housing contains pull out magnet drawers with magnet tubes on alternate centers to force a zigzag material movement. The pull out drawers offer fast, efficient cleaning of the captured metal.
