The Eagle Rapid Mixer is a durable batch mixer designed to rapidly mix dry free-flowing materials. The mixers are available in both portable and/or stationary models.
The portable mixers ranges in capacity from 360 lbs. to 1,580 lbs. The Magnum mixers ranges from 10,000 to 65,000 lbs. capacity. The portable models are driven by a direct drive system and timer controlled with an eight inch diameter discharge for rapid unloading. Material is loaded at the top, where a piano hinged, center mounted cover allows for
loading from either side.
The Rapid Mix Series I can be mounted on a stand, along side a material and personnel platform, for stationary mixing systems. The portable Rapid mixers stack on top of any Eagle “Port-A-Bin” hopper. The material discharges into hoppers and
then can be stored or transferred to where it is needed. Magnum mixers load material at the top or bottom and are equipped with a side mount top drive motor and belt system.
All Rapid Mix models utilize a vertical auger and tube mixing system that effortlessly mixes batches of materials in minutes. Mixing cycles vary from 5 minutes to 20 minutes from the smallest to the largest models.
