 Eagle Surge Bins are available in a wide range of sizes. Capacities from 1,000 pounds up to 20,000 pounds are provided. The square design is a space saver. Hopper slopes of 60 degrees or
45 degrees are available, depending upon the flow characteristics of the material being stored.
The Eagle Surge Bin is a heavy duty structural steel unit supported on 3 inch by 1/4 inch steel legs. Discharge of material can be controlled by a manual or air operated slide gate. Auger, vacuum, or air pressure systems can be used to discharge material. A hinged cover makes for easy access.
A washable vent filter facilitates air exhaust when filling the bin with material.
Sight windows or material level controls
are used for inventory purposes.
